Job summary

CTL Aerospace is a full-service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company based in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking a Painter to join our fast-paced, team-oriented shop and support aerospace projects.

The successful candidate will read plans, prep surfaces, mix paints, and operate HVLP spray guns in a standing booth environment. Hours are Fri, Sat, Sun from 2:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with 36 paid hours but 40 hours scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to Spray Paint using a HVLP Gun.
• Must be able to cross train and work overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing plans.
• Obtain appropriate materials per plan and maintain documentation throughout the process.
• Use pneumatic tools including hand grinder, DA sander and HVLP spray gun.
• Paint mixing and paint spray gun usage, troubleshooting and care.
• Paint surface preparation and booth operation.
• Mask off parts using painter's tape.

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Painter at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

Job Requirements

• Read and understand manufacturing plans.
