Job Overview

The Painter 2 role is responsible for sandblasting, priming, or powder coating trailers. The successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker with a strong work ethic to ensure all painting quality levels are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Applicants must have knowledge of painting in a production environment and experience using electrostatic air sprayers or other hand sprayers, as well as experience preparing trailer surfaces for painting.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Work as part of a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by the paint lead.
• Operate all equipment required for surface preparation, primer, and topcoat application.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and booths.
• Work in a respirator as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• Support a safe working environment.
• Experience in painting or powder coating.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications
