Job summary
Reading Truck in Claremore, OK is seeking a Liquid Painter for the 1st shift who will work in a high-volume shop painting specialty truck equipment. Experience from tech school, industry or personal hobby is acceptable, and you will join a team that builds premium truck bodies for vocational markets nationwide.
You will prepare surfaces by sanding and grinding, mix paints and primers, adjust spray equipment, apply coatings to specified thickness, and perform quality inspections on painted units.

- Mix, thin, and adjust spray equipment for proper atomization
- Mix paints and primers to exact specifications ordered by the customer
- Apply coatings per recommended thickness
- Quality inspection process for units and parts scheduled to be painted
- Quality inspection on painted units
- Craftsmanship must meet Company quality standards
- Follow all Company safety rules and policies
- Maintain records on paint
- Required to complete a full and half face fit test- pre-employment
- Must be willing and able to wear all require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
