Job summary

Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking a full-time Painter to maintain interior and exterior areas and support the groundskeeping team as needed. You will prepare surfaces, apply finishes, and keep the work area safe and clean in line with company policies.

A valid state driver’s license and at least 1 year of commercial painting experience are required; no high school diploma is needed. We offer weekly pay, training and development, employee discounts, and flexible schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year painting experience for a commercial facility.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces to be painted; remove old paint, wash, and fill holes with putty.
• Paint surfaces throughout the property using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Apply finishes, primers, or sealers to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain a safe and clean working area in line with company policies.
• When needed, assist the groundskeeping team with tasks.
• Operate a motor vehicle when necessary.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Painter to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. If your talents range from skilfully carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including painting interior and exterior areas, and assisting the groundskeeping team with the upkeep of property, this could be the next step for you. You will play an important role in guest satisfaction and experience during their stay at Southland Casino.

Pay

$21.20 – $25.44 / hour
