Protect surrounding surfaces, furniture, and fixtures by applying necessary coverings and ensuring thorough cleanup.
• Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction: Perform work with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all painting and finishing meet client expectations. Participate in final walkthroughs with the Job Lead to identify and resolve any touch-ups or issues. Treat each project with grace and respect, demonstrating care for the client’s property and space.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, using appropriate protective gear and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Punctuality is essential. Employees are expected to arrive on time and be ready to work at the start of each shift. Work effectively alongside team members and supervisors, contributing to a positive work environment. Communicate clearly and respectfully, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
