Qualifications

• Familiarity with paints, stains, varnishes, clear coats and strippers.
• Color matching and surface preparation experience.

• Furniture repairs; plexiglass a plus.
• Written and spoken English fluency; strong communication skills.

We are looking for a painter to join our maintenance crew! As the painter, you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various projects. Your role will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. In addition to your painting expertise, a solid understanding of tile and drywall repair will be essential. The ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with all types of paints, stains, varnishes, clear coats and strippers.
• Experience with color matching, paint applications and surface preparation.
• Experience with drywall repairs, tile repairs both floor and wall and carpet.
• Experience with brush and roller selection as well the use of hand tools, spraying equipment and some power tools.
• Experience with furniture repairs, light carpentry and plexiglass a plus.
• Ability to read and write the English language fluently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
