Forms+Surfaces Inc is seeking a Painter for our Pittsburgh manufacturing team. The role requires cleaning and prepping surfaces, applying anti-rust coatings and wet paints, and optimizing paint booth space to maximize efficiency.

You will maintain equipment per SOPs, manage consumables, and assist with color matching. The position demands attention to safety, accuracy, and good communication within a busy production setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and clean prior to painting.

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday (3pm - 1:30am)

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning surfaces prior to applying paint.
• Able to coat using anti-rust coatings and wet paint.
• Maximizes space in the paint booth to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Able to maintain equipment by following established maintenance SOP's
• Requests wear items and consumables as needed.
• Ability to mix paint formulas and color matching is a plus.
• Ensures that high safety and quality standards are met.
