Providence is seeking a skilled painter to handle wall finishes and coatings across facilities, including mechanical systems. The role covers preparation, color matching, painting, and maintaining related inventory, with emphasis on quality and safety.
Responsibilities include wall and casework finishes, surface prep, and basic demos as needed, ensuring high standards across diverse materials and spaces.
Adept at most levels of wall finishes and paint coatings.
Painter tasks include, but are not limited to: floor, wall and ceiling surface maintenance and installation, preparation, painting, color matching/mixing, tape/mud/finish wallboard, wall covering and cove base. Surface preparation and painting of mechanical system components. Make recommendations during design or diagnostics, maintain proper inventory of products used within the Painting Discipline. Rated wall inspection and maintenance. Utilize basic painter tools and equipment, working with a variety of mediums (wallboard, wood, metal, plastics). Demo of walls and casework required as needed.
