Job summary

Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital is seeking a maintenance technician to provide preventive maintenance for buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure a safe environment. Primary duties include painting, wall covering, and floor covering, plus drywall, carpentry, and equipment safety testing.

The role is full-time with a 3:30pm–12:00am shift and hourly base pay of $20.00–$22.00. Requirements include five years of painting/building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent,

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in painting and building maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and unencumbered driver’s license.

This position is designed to provide maintenance and preventive maintenance to the buildings, equipment and grounds to provide a safe and healthful environment.

The primary proficiency of this position is in painting, wall covering, and floor covering. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., hanging and finishing drywall, carpentry, equipment maintenance and safety testing).

Status: Full Time

Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am

Hourly Base: $20.00 – $22.00

• Five years experience in painting/building maintenance or is able to demonstrate the ability to perform these responsibilities.
