KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a professional painter to perform detailed interior and exterior painting under the supervision of the Director of Engineering at a resident property in Miami, Florida. The role requires maintaining a clean, neat appearance and adhering to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities include surface preparation, priming, applying multiple coats, selecting paints and tools, and completing work orders while ensuring quality and timeliness in a non-exempt,

Must be able to work on ladders to reach high ceilings or walls within safety guidelines. Ability to repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk and climb stairs, climb ladders and work at heights above ground (heights above ground level - maximum 8ft), operate telephones and other office equipment, crawl in small and tight spaces; stoop and/or kneel; lift and/or move and/or carry up to 20 pounds or more in the work environment.
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work will be set by the property and will coincide with the hours of the association. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
