• 8 PM - 4:30 AM

Pay: $25 per hour

Essential Functions

• Preventative maintenance
• Painting / patching interior walls and doors
• Carpet repair
• Respond to building requests as needed
• Reporting exterior damages
• Wood repair
• Checking light fixtures
• Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 35-80 lbs, carry 20-50 lbs, as needed.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Requires the ability to perform tasks while on a ladder, exposed to various climates from extreme heat to extreme cold.
