Responsibilities

• Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Scrape, sand, prime or seal surfaces before painting.
• Clean areas to ensure proper adhesion.
• Remove fixtures prior to painting (lights, plates, etc.).
• Fill holes and perform drywall patching and sanding as needed.
• Remove paint splatters and complete cleanup after job.
• Clean up tools and equipment during and after completion.
• Work with spray equipment and ladders as needed.

Experience, dependable vehicle to get to and from jobs sites, and tools required. All applicants must pass a background check.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply paint to multiple surfaces, interior and exterior.
• Scrape/sand/prime or seal surfaces prior to painting.
• Clean areas to be painted to ensure proper adhesion.
• Remove fixtures such as lights, switch and outlet plates, etc. prior to painting.
• Fill holes and drywall patching and sanding, as needed.
• Remove paint splatters as needed and proper cleanup of areas upon completion of job.
• Cleanup of all tools and equipment both during and upon completion of job.
• Experience with spray guns and working on ladders required.

Additional Preferences

• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends to complete jobs.
• 3-5 years of painting experience preferred.

*Proof of liability and Worker's Compensation insurance required for sub-contractors.
