Job description

Join to apply for the Painter role at K&L Plating Company, Inc.

Pay will be between $25 to $28 per hour based on work experience.

Hours: 7am to 3:30 pm M-F

Daily Duties

1. Use proper Personal Protective Equipment.
2. Read and interpret work instructions.
3. Follow all process instructions related to the customer contracts.
4. Perform applicable testing required by the customer - thickness, humidity.
5. Be able to compute and calculate small equations of liquid measurements and volume.
6. Properly mask small and large components and parts for painting.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Run and control a bake oven per work ticket requirements.
9. Help provide estimation for the quotation process.
10. Purchase and maintain required inventories.
11. Perform monthly inventory list.
12. Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
13. Have knowledge of a sand blast booth and how to operate it.
14. Be familiar with the paint booth process.
