Job Summary

Applying base coat or top coat to all trailer models and its components.

Essential Duties

• Actively observe and promote BWise safety standards.
• Apply primer or powder uniformly on all trailer surfaces and components.
• Use a spray gun to apply base coat to one to one-and-a-half mils.
• Use a spray gun to apply top coat to three to five mils.
• Maintain a clean work area by sweeping excess powder from the floor.
• Replenish powder paint reservoirs.
• Caulk required seams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively through various channels.
• Manufacturing-related experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
