Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. in Delano, MN is seeking a Warehouse/Kitting Associate to support production by preparing, staging, and packing products for shipment. You will help stock production areas and move materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Load semi-trailers with kitted product for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Keep production and kitting areas stocked with materials and supplies.
• Transport materials and components throughout the facility as needed.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper material movement and storage.
• Assist production teams with material needs to maintain workflow.
• Follow standard work procedures per product to ensure it can be handled and shipped without damage.
• Create and modify pallets into specified configurations.
• Use saws, drills, staplers, and heat shrink wrapping equipment.
• Package, stage, and prepare finished products for shipment.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting production within the Kitting team. This role prepares, packages, and stages products for shipment while ensuring quality and customer requirements are met. This role will also support material handling activities, including stocking production areas and loading/unloading trucks, as needed to support overall production goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job‑related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit‑sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full‑time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
