POSITION SUMMARY

Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Prepare surfaces with primers or sealers. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or abrasive blasting. Cover surfaces for protection during painting and post appropriate signage. Clean and store painting tools and equipment properly. Coordinate with vendors to modify paint, stain, or varnish colors.

Follow all safety and security policies; report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Provide excellent guest service, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally. Support team goals. Adhere to quality standards. Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Use ladders safely. Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform additional duties as assigned.
