Job summary

C&H Construction Services, LLC (A TRP Infrastructure Company) seeks a Paint Truck Operator to join our highway striping team. You will operate paint trucks, perform setup and maintenance, and ensure quality and safety on roadways.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prior heavy equipment experience and strong attention to detail are highly valued. OSHA safety standards apply on all sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience operating paint trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint trucks and other specialized equipment for highway striping applications.
• Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of painting equipment, ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and required documentation.
• Follow traffic control procedures to ensure safety for workers and the public during projects.
• Conduct daily inspections of the paint truck and equipment for issues or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and clear on-site communication.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Clean and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
