Job summary

C&H Construction Services, LLC (A TRP Infrastructure Company) in Decatur, AL seeks a Paint Truck Operator to join the highway striping team. You will operate paint trucks, perform setup and maintenance, and ensure safety and quality compliance on road projects.

Responsibilities include recording work, coordinating with the crew, following OSHA standards, and traveling to job sites as needed. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience operating paint trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint trucks and equipment for highway striping.
• Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of painting gear to meet safety standards.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow traffic control procedures to protect workers and the public.
• Inspect equipment daily and coordinate with the team to complete projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety rules.
• Clean and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
