Job summary

ICP Group in Andover, MA is seeking a Product Support Specialist to act as a technical expert and liaison among customers, sales, marketing, customer service, and R&D. You will resolve complex field issues, support new product launches, and deliver technical training to contractors and distributors.

You will base out of the Andover plant, travel locally and nationally as needed, and contribute to product quality, customer success, and business growth in a fast-paced coatings environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architectural paints, coatings, construction materials, or related industry.
• Ability to read and explain Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Experience troubleshooting product performance and field issues.
• Experience working with customers, contractors, distributors, or end users.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and product recommendations for paints, coatings, sealers, and related products.
• Respond to inquiries on application methods, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate field issues to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits to assess performance and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, R&D and suppliers.
• Deliver training materials and support new product launches.
