Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates should have a 'meets expectations' rating.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers and assist in person or by phone.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Load, transport and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain store vehicle and report needed repairs.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules, comply with laws and safety rules.
• Prepare delivery reports and operate vehicles/equipment as required.
