Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Store #2493 at 5672 Milgen Rd, Columbus, GA 31907 is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers, process sales, and maintain product displays. You will help customers select paints and supplies, tint and mix products, and ensure store standards while meeting sales goals.

The role requires in-person customer interaction, teamwork, and occasional lifting. The position emphasizes excellent service and adherence to store policies to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience selling paint or related products preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and product displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
