The position requires a high school diploma or GED, OSHA10 preferred, and about 1 year in paint manufacturing or related work. You must be safety-minded, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint an average of 65 pole-mounted units per day and 10-15 pad-mounted units per day.
• Demonstrate proper safety protocol when using tools and working in the area.
• Perform final quality checks before units move to the next station.
• Follow work orders and production schedules.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment and assist teammates as needed.
