Role Description

The Paint Shop Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, KY. This position is responsible for preparing and painting heavy equipment and related components, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers and finishes to achieve high-quality, durable coatings. The technician will operate paint sprayers and other finishing tools, mix and match paint to required specifications, and ensure proper curing and drying within established timelines. Daily tasks include inspecting surfaces for defects, performing minor surface repairs, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all safety and environmental procedures. The role also involves working closely with service and rental teams to coordinate equipment flow, document work performed, and meet production schedules.

Qualifications
