As a Paint Shop Production Associate, you will be cross-trained across key production tasks, support machine operators, and help maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced facility. This role emphasizes teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently bundling and packaging customer orders to meet quality standards.
• Organizing completed orders in designated loading areas.
• Ensuring all products meet established quality metrics.
• Keeping the production area stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assisting machine operators with job changeovers.
• Effectively communicating production concerns/issues to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure, safe working environment.
• Supporting fellow team members and performing additional duties as assigned.
