UT Southwestern Medical Center is actively seeking an experienced Paint Shop Foreman to lead painting and coating operations across its multi-site medical and academic campus. We are looking for someone with at least three (3) years of journeyman-level painting experience and demonstrated supervisory or lead experience. Must maintain an active/valid State of Texas driver's license at all times and ability to pass respirator fit testing, pass a color vision test, and lift up to 50 pounds.
As the Paint Shop Foreman, you will oversee painting and coating operations across our expansive, multi-site medical and academic campus. Ensures high-quality surface maintenance, manages shop workflows, and maintains strict compliance with hospital infection control (ICRA), OSHA, and Joint Commission standards. Works under general supervision to supervise work crew responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds for UT Southwestern Medical Center. Responsible for directing work of crew while personally performing work as member of crew in one of following areas: Preventative Maintenance or Mechanical Services.
Dallas Campus; may require travel to and from other UTSW locations.
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday; overtime available but must be approved by senior leader.
