Job summary

Morton Industries LLC in Morton, IL is hiring for a full-time role in our metal finishing team. You will prepare metal parts for coating, hang parts on the paint line, mask areas, and ensure a clean handoff to finishing processes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Cleaning and prepping metal parts for coating.
• Hanging parts on the paint line so they move smoothly through the process.
• Masking or plugging areas that shouldn't be painted.
• Removing finished parts once they’re coated and cured.
• Checking that everything looks right before it ships.
• Helping keep the paint area organized, safe, and moving.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
