Job summary

Responsibilities include tinting/mixing paints, stocking displays, and assisting with deliveries while aiming to meet sales goals and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must meet internal Sherwin-Williams performance rating standards.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries when needed.
