Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking Production Associates for paint repairs, buffing, spot repairs, and polish. You will work with respirators and hand tools in an open space, and training on different processes is available.

The role supports a growing production team and involves evaluating returns with quality-driven workmanship. First shift is Monday through Thursday (10-hour days, 6:00am–4:30pm) with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior paint repair experience is a plus.
• Willingness to move around and train on different processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint repairs, buffing and polishing to meet quality standards.
• Inspect products for quality and warranty considerations during repairs.
• Safely operate hand tools and paint equipment in an open space with respirator use.
• Collaborate with loading team on new product repairs and returns.

Job description

Production Associate: Responsible for (Paint Repairs) Buffing, Spot Repairs, Polish. Must be fitted for Respirator working in an open space, working with hand tools such as drills, screw guns, paint spray guns and inspecting for Truck Camper Covers on vehicles. Willingness to move around and train on different processes.

1st Shift Monday through Thursday (10 hour days from 6:00am-4:30pm) Plus work OT on Fri as needed

We are experiencing significant growth and have recently added production positions on our shifts. In the Returns department, you would safely and efficiently evaluate all returns from the A.R.E. dealer base. This position would require completing various product repairs, which could include painting, buffing and polishing products.

Production Associates frequently perform paint repairs, understand product quality standards, make decisions on warranty claims, and works with loading team addressing new product repairs. Thoroughly repairs and inspects all product to ensure customer satisfaction.
