Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Paint Protectant Film Apprentice / Assistant in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will start by learning vehicle preparation and, over time, become fluent with PPF tools and installation techniques.

You will support the PPF Technician with film application, plotting and cutting, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced automotive environment. A strong work ethic and readiness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, turn, twist, and make repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Learn vehicle preparation before installation and become proficient with PPF equipment.
• Assist the PPF Technician with plotting and cutting film and applying it to vehicles.

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay

Starting at $16.00 an hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

In this position, you will work alongside our highly skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician and experience hands‑on training. You will start with learning vehicle preparation before installation, and in time become flient with PPF equipment, plotting and cutting film. You will assist our PPF Technician with adhering film to learn the craft of PPF installation.
