• Support senior installers and observe PPF installation (XPEL) techniques.
• Gradually practice installing film under supervision.
• Help conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Communicate job status with customers and through AE office/software systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.

Position Overview:

As a Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer Trainee, you will learn the skills needed to become a professional installer. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians who will train you step-by-step in PPF installation, vehicle preparation, shop processes, and our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities (Training Provided):

• Assist with picking up paint protection kits from the AE Production Center and verifying accuracy
• Learn proper vehicle prep including washing, clay barring, and panel cleaning
• Support senior installers and observe PPF installation (XPEL) techniques
• Gradually practice installing film under supervision
• Help conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards
• Learn how to communicate job status with customers and through AE office/software systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
