Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is seeking a motivated individual to assist our Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician. You will learn vehicle prep and, with time, become fluent with PPF equipment, plotting and cutting film. You will assist our PPF Technician with adhering film to learn the craft of PPF installation.

This role offers on-the-job training, a path to advanced skills, and a supportive team focused on integrity and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
• Positive attitude and motivation to learn a new craft.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside our Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician and assist with vehicle prep and film installation.
• Get comfortable with PPF equipment, plotting and cutting film as you gain proficiency.
• Support the team to apply film accurately and with care, under supervision.

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay

Starting at $16.00 an hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

In this position, you will work alongside our highly skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician and experience hands-on training. You will start with learning vehicle preparation before installation, and in time become flient with PPF equipment, plotting and cutting film. You will assist our PPF Technician with adhering film to learn the craft of PPF installation.
