Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America is seeking a Paint Production Specialist to support daily production activities at their innovative EV mass-production plant in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least two years of relevant vehicle production experience. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating projects, and analyzing performance metrics. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with vehicle production.
• Experience in an engineering/industrial environment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate project activities including installation and supplier selection.
• Analyze and improve performance metrics within the assigned area.

• Participate in Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and other problem solving teams, as directed by Senior Management.
• Continually review technical developments in area of responsibility and propose new technology projects as appropriate.
• Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned
• (expected) Serve as technical expert for Team Members, Team Leaders, including technical training, as required.
• (expected) Serve as technical expert of assigned area during vehicle launches

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Experience with vehicle production (Minimum 2years)
• MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired
• Job related experience in an engineering/industrial environment pref
• Domestic / International travel required.
