Qualifications

• Experience with painting processes and basic estimating is a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for customers and differentiate our services.
• Fulfill responsibilities across production, marketing, quality assurance, administration, safety, and business development.
• Support job site supervisors and establish a high-performance culture.
• Service customers to meet painting needs and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and office staff to meet customer expectations.
• Develop recruiting and onboarding plans for supervisors and ensure safety training.
