BENTELER is seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our new South Carolina manufacturing facility. You will launch new programs, optimize processes, and drive world-class operational performance with the support of a global organization.

You will lead process improvements, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while supporting equipment installation and production launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and automotive manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Implement new products and process changes to meet customer requirements.
• Lead projects with timeline, milestones, and cost controls.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and production launches.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methods.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and reliability improvements.
