Multi-Billion Dollar Automotive company is looking for a Paint Process Engineer in the Atlanta Georgia area.

Pay range – This range is provided by Xecutive Recruitment Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor and troubleshoot all processes related to the paint process.
• Get feedback from internal & external customers and participate in 5 Why, 8-D, and related problem‑solving activities.
• Support departmental and KOI goals to accomplish business plan objectives.
• Support paint tooling program development and launch activities.
• Provide technical support to track data for paint efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate with paint management and other paint line personnel in the completion of process related projects and improvements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Experience: 2+ years working in a paint facility.
