• Continually monitor and troubleshoot all processes related to the paint process.
• Get feedback from internal & external customers and participate in 5 Why, 8-D, and related problem-solving activities.
• Support departmental and KOI goals to accomplish business plan objectives.
• Support paint tooling program development and launch activities.
• Provide technical support to track data for paint efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate with paint management and other paint line personnel in the completion of process related projects and improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree ** OR ** 5+ years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
