Chapter 2, Inc. seeks a Paint Prepper for the 2nd shift to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing, including sanding, masking, priming, and light paint handling.
Work with the Paint staff to forecast inventory needs, coordinate parts, and ensure high-quality prep while adhering to company policies in a climate-controlled facility.

Perform work directlyrelated to the preparation of product for painting, spraying, coating and/orfinishing. Prepare surfaces for painting using techniques such as sanding, blasting,grinding. Final material preparation including taping, masking and/or priming.May assist with materials handling, paint mixing, equipment cleaning, and lightpainting and some post finishing as required.
Candidate(s) should be a reliable and responsible individual, able to work independently and well with others. Must have excellent attendance record! Heavy lifting and standing is required.
