Job summary

BWise is hiring for an entry-level manufacturing helper to grind, sand, and deburr welded trailer components and prepare beds for finishing. You will drill holes, caulk seams, and stage products for the next steps in the production line.

Responsibilities include observing safety standards, reading pull sheets, procuring raw materials, stocking, and helping with cycle counts and inventory. High school diploma required; team-oriented, reliable, and able to use a tape measure.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, count, and communicate by various channels.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, and deburr metal surfaces after welding.
• Drill holes in trailer beds and caulk seams.
• Stage product and assist with inventory control and housekeeping.
• Assist with locating and labeling parts as needed.

In addition, drill holes in trailer beds, caulk seams, and stage product.ESSENTIAL DUTIESActively observe and promote BWise safety standards.Obtain specifications for trailer from pull sheets.Procure raw materials from part racks and place in cart/racks.Stock raw material after its been processed and accounted for.Assign locations to parts who do not have one.Maintain all parts up to date with the latest revision changes.Keep raw material area clean and organized.Assist with inventory control which includes cycle counting.Other duties, as assigned by Dept.
