Job summary

Bwise-Manufacturin is seeking workers to perform material movement, line assignments, and assembly of trailers and components on the shop floor. You will read blueprints, position parts, and ensure precise assembly while maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.

The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, reading a tape measure, and following written and verbal instructions. OSHA compliance and teamwork are essential for high productivity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic measurements.
• Willingness to learn, dependable work ethic, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly blueprints, instructions, directions, and sketches.
• Position parts and subassemblies and assemble components.
• Ensure parts are fitted and installed correctly.
• Communicate shortages to team leader.
• Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; protect equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies; uphold safety standards.
• Work with team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
