Job summary

Epiroc is hiring a Paint and Prep Production Supervisor to oversee the on-site department, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely production. You will lead the hourly workforce and coordinate with manufacturing engineering, materials, and product engineering to meet quality and schedule goals.

The role requires AS/BS degree preferred and about 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills with coaching ability.
• Lean manufacturing mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and BOM to support production.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise direct labor to maximize efficiency.
• Address and resolve employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Assign and manage personnel to meet labor targets and cycle times.
• Prioritize tasks based on the rig schedule to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate with other functions to remove obstacles and improve performance.
• Promote safe operating practices at all times.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure quality output.
• Maintain 5S and keep department organized and clean.
