Epiroc is hiring a Paint and Prep Production Supervisor to oversee the on-site department, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely production. You will lead the hourly workforce and coordinate with manufacturing engineering, materials, and product engineering to meet quality and schedule goals.
The role requires AS/BS degree preferred and about 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with onsite work.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely operation of the assigned department. In addition to leading the hourly workforce, this role coordinates with manufacturing engineering, materials, and product engineering to ensure products are completed on time and meet customer quality expectations.
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Formal Education Requirement: AS or BS degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 5 years

Duties are generally performed in a professional office environment that involves walking, stairs, extended periods of sitting, frequent use of computer screens, which may result in eye strain or fatigue, and the occasional need to lift up to 25 pounds. Minor distractions from general office noise and other activities may occur.
To promote wellness, ergonomic equipment and regular breaks are encouraged. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required while on the production floor or testing area. PPE includes Hard Hat or Bump Cap, Safety Glasses & Steel Toe Shoes.

While working on the production floor, the work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions. Work may also involve climbing up to 4-6 feet using ladders and crawling underneath rigs. May also be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
