Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one: High School Diploma or GED, NCRC, or 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and sustain physical effort (standing, bending, lifting, repetitive actions).
• Ability and willingness to work any shift and potential overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint-related operations in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Sanding, wash booth, masking, decal, small parts, touch-up, etc.
• Responsible for all paperwork in the area (PH daily log, gallons treated, etc.).
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.
