Job summary

WOOD-MODE, LLC is seeking a Paint Room Mixer to develop colors that match physical samples while following our paint mixing standards. The role requires precise color matching and adherence to quality guidelines. You will work in a finish environment, handle lifting up to 50 pounds, and use Data Color and Paint Pro software to support color development. Strong communication and math skills are a must.

This non-exempt position offers hourly pay and a hands-on, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be responsible, versatile, and highly motivated.

• Must pass color blind and color shading test.
• Must be able to work in a finish environment.
• Knowledge of finishing, coating types, and application is a plus.
• Knowledge of Data Color & Paint Pro software is preferred.
