Hollingshead Mixer Company is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated individual to join our paint team. You will set up, clean and maintain paint equipment, inspect prep work for quality, and apply paint with an air-assisted system to ensure complete coverage.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Must have an eye for detail.
• Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
• Have a solid attendance record.
• Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.
• May work in areas where flammable and hazardous materials are present.
• May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Paint or paint prep.
• Willing to train the right candidates.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
• Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination.
