Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint surfaces, including surface prep, lead containment, spraying, brushing, and coating applications.
• Recommend materials and equipment purchases.
• Prepare reports and keep records.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Inspect work for compliance with trade standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
