Paint Line Worker

Earlville, IA | 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs, 5am-3:30pm
$17.50/HR

Local manufacturing company seeking motivated individuals to join their team in a fast-paced environment as a Paint Line Worker.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Surface cleaning and preparation to ensure quality paint
2. Powder coating of products in the spray booth or paint line
3. Loading/unloading products as needed to move into paint booth/paint line
4. Ensure work is complete to product specifications
5. Clean and maintain spray guns and booth

Requirements:

1. Must have attention to details and be able to read/understand product specifications
2. Must be able to follow directions and have excellent communication skills
3. Must be highly motivated and able to produce in a high-volume environment
4. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
5. Industrial painting experience preferred
