Novares Group is seeking a reliable Paint Line Setter to support our automated paint line operations. You will be responsible for changing racks on the paint track, loading parts for the booth, and ensuring smooth production flow.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone active and detail-oriented who wants to contribute to a manufacturing team. The position offers competitive pay, shift premiums, health benefits, PTO, and opportunities for advancement within maintenance, quality, or operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with paint lines and setup tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and instruction-following ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and maneuver parts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Rack Changeovers — Remove, install, and secure part racks on the conveyor track.
• Part Loading — Hang and position parts on racks for paint coverage.
• Equipment Inspection — Check racks and hangers for wear and damage; clean or replace.
• Production Flow Monitoring — Maintain steady throughput into wash/paint booth.
• Quality Verification — Ensure parts are secure, grounded, and aligned before coating.
• Safety Compliance — Follow PPE, chemical handling, and machine safety procedures.
• Team Collaboration — Work with paint booth operators, maintenance, and supervisors.
