NOVARES is seeking a dedicated paint applicator to ensure high-quality paint application and compliance with processes. You will prepare work areas, calibrate spray guns, and maintain equipment while monitoring safety and quality across shifts.

You will perform self-inspections, correct faults, document results, and support the production team with training and process improvements. A hands-on role in a fast-paced painting environment.

• Experience applying paint in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
• Able to adapt to risks and follow quality processes.
• Follows health & safety rules in production areas.

Mansioni

• Prepare workstation.
• Adjust the gun per data sheet.
• Install the filter in the gun.
• Check the gun nozzle.
• Apply paint and varnish per procedures and standards.
• Measure and adjust gun flow for even spray.
• Respect the application distance and thickness.
• Perform self-inspection and identify faults.
• Check gloss and test adhesion.
• Update log cards or IT system.
• Disassemble and reassemble the gun.
• Service the gun and replace filters.
• Keep spray booth tidy and clean workstation.
• Attend zone meetings and communicate faults.
• Provide training sessions on paint applications.
