Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Read and comprehend procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hang parts on paint line according to specifications.
• Ensure proper spacing, balance, and alignment for coating coverage.
• Mask or plug surfaces to protect areas from paint.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before hanging.
• Assist with loading/unloading the paint line and organize workflow.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before/after painting.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Report issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
