$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Summary

Daily start up and shut down of robots. Daily checks, and visual checks of paint wet films. Preventative Maintenance tasks as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Perform Daily and/or hourly checks on select equipment.
• Help maintain a safe and clean working environment (6S)
• Perform basic robot movements to perform specific tasks (with training)
• Perform mechanical robot and fluid delivery system repairs.
• Fill out work requests for maintenance work needed.
• Visual wet film checks
• Other Duties as Assigned
  
  

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a painter.
• Technical expertise in the use and application of a variety of paints, solvents, and coatings.
• Strong understanding of various painting techniques including spray painting, airbrushing, and color matching.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
• Must be able to climb ladder and stairs.
• A keen eye for detail to identify any defects or inconsistencies in the paintwork.
• Ability to carefully follow safety procedures to handle hazardous materials and operate equipment.
• Time management skills to complete jobs on a production-based schedule.
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.
• High school diploma; successful completion of an apprenticeship
• Must be able to pass a physical for respirator use, (OHSA requirements)
• Must be able to pass authorized lock out tag out training.
• Less than 3 no faults (internal hiring only)
